Almost A New Year..

I hope everyone has had a great holiday season.. I sure have had a great one.. I am home and enjoying it to the max.. I had a great Christmas.. I spent it with my family and with the best boyfriend in the whole world.. Jake spent the day and most of the night with us.. We had one hell of a snow storm Christmas night.. There was no driving in our town.. Good thing for the tractor plowing out our cars n trucks the next day..

My babies loved there presents.. They actually opened them themselves.. They each got a bling bling collar and some cookies.. Daizy got some pink bling and Ziggy got blue bling.. lol..I also got a bling bling belt.. I love it.. I also got a new coat that is so cool.. Pink black with a lil white.. I will have to post some pics on here of all the cool things.. Jake got me a gorgeous diamond choker necklace.. Love love it..

We have been out on the snowmobiles every day since the storm.. Oh man i love them.. I really want to get me my own.. My parents have 4 of them so for now I just take there's.. It works for now.. My Family from New Mexico is here for the holidays.. They are here for a few more days..

Oh man Sunday night we had a dinner for my parents birthday and i was going to get ready for bed.. Well I put my phone in my back pocket and I went to the bathroom.. Yes my phone fell in the toilet.. I yelled at my brother to come and fish it out.. Don't worry it was clean water.. I had just heard that night if you put it in a bag a rice it will draw all the water out and it will work again.. So i decided to give it a try.. By the next morning I took it out of the bag and it was fried.. It would to turn on for nothing.. So we headed to Verizon the get a new phone.. On the way my aunt called and said she had got it to turn on.. So after all we didn't have to go get a new one.. Yeah!! So I cleaned it up real good and it is working like new..

3 Months

Today is my 3 month anniversary.. I came home with all good news.. My pft's are up to 63%.. That is so cool, I cant even stand it I'm so excited.. I have worked hard at keeping myself healthy and working out my lungs..My lower left lobe has opened up.. Dr.Cahill says they are damn happy lungs.. So that makes me super happy..
My Aunt Kerry and I went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner.. Yummy!!! I ate every single kernel that was on my plate.. The waiter looked at me kinda funny, I don't think he thought I could eat that much.. lol I do get those looks alot when I go out to eat.. Of coarse we had to bring home some cheesecake.. It is so good.. Then we went to look at some lights around our neighborhood.. I was not that impressed with them this year.. Not very many places decorated this year.. Our next thing on the calendar is the transplant Christmas brunch Thursday.. Its up at the hospital.. I think that we will have a great time.. My bestie Sarah will be there.. Yeah!!! I love seeing her she is like a sister to me.. We consider each other family.. For real!! Poor girl, the other day she broke her ankle.. I'm glad she didn't break anything else.. ouch!!
Well I'm getting tired so I think ill get to bed.. I hope you all had a great weekend..

Let it snow!!!

The weekend is all but over and we got some snow finally.. A white winter is here and hopefully will stay a while, you know till Christmas.. I had a quit weekend.. I was supposed to make it up to Jake's family Christmas party but the snow stopped that right away.. I guess there is always next year.. I have clinic tomorrow and I'm asking them if it's okay that I drive.. I probably could have asked a while ago but having my own driver has been nice.. lol.. I'm getting bored of it though.. I'm also asking when I can go home for good.. It has been a year since I have lived at my house.. My babies miss me.. When I go visit for the day they both go wild and they are glued to my side.. I bought them both new BLING collars for Christmas.. They will look spiffy.. I cant wait for Christmas.. I will be able to play in the snow, it will be super fun..

I will let you know the news that I come home with from clinic.. So stay tuned.. It will be good news I know it..

P*A*R*T*Y*

So I had my New Lungs Party this weekend.. It was fun!! I had a bunch of my friends come and celebrate the gift of a new life.. Prayers went out to the donor family who is having a very different look on the holiday season..
We had alot of food to eat up at the party and we played a lot of pool.. There were alot of pictures taken so as soon as I get them back I will post a few of them.. My best friend Sarah came who has had her new lungs for a year now.. She is having a year anniversary on Monday to celebrate.. I am still doing very good.. I am now strong enough I can climb stairs again.. its cool I take stairs now all the time if they are there.. I'm like a workout junkie now.. lol I think its from not being able to do stuff like that and now I can, so I love doing it all.. I mean all!!
