Hot

It is so hot.. I cant sleep at night cause its so hot.. I have my air on high.. I guess it cant last for ever.. Soon it will be freezing cold.. Ill take the hot now that I stop and think about it.. This summer has gone by entirely to fast.. I am up to jogging my 2 miles a day again.. Today I spent alot of time at the gym.. It feels good to work out again.. I feel real good..I have gained alot of weight and still going strong.. I will be up to 115 in no time.. I redone my hair.. The blonde is back!! Love love it.. Well Just thought I would update a little on things.. I am on my way to get some things done for the benefit.. I cant get over that it is in a month.. Dang I have alot to do before then.. Mandy and I will get it done though.. Have a great week..

Home

We got home late yesterday.. It feels good to be home, although I so loved the coast.. Below are some pics of awesome waterfalls.. It is the tallest one this side of the Mississippi river.. I hiked up to the bridge that meets 1/2 way up the fall.. Its going to be a couple days till i get used to being home again.. I bought a bottle of wine.. Well when we stopped for the night in Oregon I went to get some clothes out of my bag and they were damp.. I had no idea why.. So I got home and was unloading stuff and there lay my empty wine bottle.. I guess the pressure made the cork pop out.. I was angry cause it sounded so good.. Peach wine.. Oh well..

The Coast

This is the Oregon Coast.. It will take your breath away if you ever see it in real life!!!

We decided to take the west coast part way and then cut over to the Columbia river another part of the way.. I am feeling great, I am up and exercising daily again.. I done alot of working out in Seattle.. There are alot of hills at the places we went.. So my legs are back to being strong.. They had quite the layoff after I broke my arm.. If you are wondering what my legs have to do with my ARM getting hurt.. Well I landed on my whole right side and my hip was kinda screwed up.. But I fell good enough to start working out again.. YEA!!!! Well I'm gonna get to bed so I can get up in the morning and we are going to see this really gorgeous place.. I cant wait to show you the pics.. You will love them.. Trust me!!!

Goodbye Seattle

Today was our last day in Seattle.. We have had a very fun 2 weeks up here
.. We have been many places.. I went to the very first Starbucks, that was pretty cool.. Everything was still in original state.. Today we went on a cruse around the bays.. Below I was getting ready to board the boat.. After we were dine with that we went to the Aquarium.. It was really cool.. Please enjoy the pics below.

Outdoor Wonders

Today we really did not do much, we just relaxed at my aunties house.. We needed a day off from our busy week.. I have almost never done this much in a week.. We have been on a run constantly.. I would not have had in any other way though.. Tomorrow we are going to Pike Street.. It is going to be very fun.. I am going to go to the first Starbucks that ever opened.. My 2E groupies will be excited to know that.. The bucks is our special getaway from our room.

Space Needle

Today we wen to the Space Needle.. It was so awesome.. It stands 520 feet above ground.. It opened in 1962.. They sometimes have people do stunts from the top of it.. There have been a couple of people jump off of it.. They later was arrested.. I myself would never think of doing so.. I was good to look of the edge of it.. I don't much like heights, but for some reason I still go on high things.. I must like the rush of things..

26!!!

We have had so much fun here in Seattle... It was my birthday last Saturday.. Its the first birthday i have ever had without being sick and in the joint.. I have reached yet another Major mile stone.. One year ago I was in the hospital waiting for my new lungs to come.. I could barely walk a foot without wanting to die.. Now I am jogging two miles, and doing everything that I always dreamed of doing..
The butterfly exhibit was so amazing.. They are very exotic butterfly's.. I couldn't catch a pic of the bright blue ones flying.. They were the prettiest ones I have ever seen in real life.. We went to the Pier and ate dinner a few times and lunch.. The ocean is so cool.. I love the islands that are out there..

Tue we went to the Glass Factory in Tacoma Washington.. It was very cool.. The work there was incredible.. This was on the bridge over the hi way that was between the historic building and the Factory..

This is the city underground.. It was so cool.. It was built in the late 1800.. They had a fire that destroyed the city.. So they built everything above the past city.. Its very interesting..

WHAT????

Ok this is the most ridicules thing to ever happen seriously I cant believe this.. It makes no scenes..AAAHHHH..... So 3 years ago I was living in MN.. I was moving back to Ut.. I had stopped to get gas and when I got all ready to go again I was turning out onto the hi way.. In Albq they have bike trails that sit on a hillside just above the road.. So as I was stopped at the red arrow light.. All of the sudden something hit my car.. I look over as this guy was flying across my car..** No I did not hit him**.. He jumped up and started yelling at me.. Just in time to have his little mistress start yelling at me.. I was all WTF?? I really did yell that at them.. So I pulled up to get out of the road so everyone behind me could pass and go on their way.. I had continuous O2 at the time so its not like I could jump out of my car and get right back in their face.. So I called Megan (my cuz) and she came right over..(she was a block away) Megan and the mistress almost duked it out.. The cops had to tell the mistress to chill.. She thought she was a bad ass. Well she was only 4 feet tall and about 80 lbs.. Ya she stood no chance.. After the guy had a fight with the cops saying that I hit him and he broke his leg, they had to escort him over to the car and told him to explain to them how I hit him when there was 3 HUGE dents in the SIDE. I had witness's to verify that he came flying down the trail into the road.. He refused any medical help and he rode his bike away from the scene.. No tickets were issued or anything.. So now 3 years later my insurance all the sudden goes up massive.. I found out the dude sued my insurance company and got $75,000.. Tell me how this works.. He is a pedestrian so he gets everything handed to him?? For real that is messed up.. So ya I get to pay for his ignorance and irresponsibility.. GGRRRRRR....

Okay on a good note.... Clinic went well today.. My pft's are up to 76%

Wednesday I'm off to Seattle for 2 weeks.. I'm so ready for a good fun vacation..
